Returns & Refunds
We want every piece to find its natural place in your everyday life.
If for any reason it is not the right fit, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong color, or simply no longer wish to keep it, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, 89 STREET will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@89-street.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
For exchanges requested due to personal preference, including color changes, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, 89 STREET will cover all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Pre-Orders
Some pieces may be offered on a pre-order basis.
When purchasing a pre-order item, payment is collected in full at the time of purchase.
Estimated production and delivery times will always be clearly stated on the product page.
As all pieces are produced in small batches, delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary.
In the event of a significant delay, customers will be notified and may request a full refund if they prefer not to wait for the revised delivery date.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped once all items become available.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
As 89 STREET currently ships exclusively within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
