At 89 STREET, every piece is produced in small batches with attention to detail and quality.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the European Union.


Shipping Destinations

89 STREET currently ships exclusively within the European Union.

We do not currently offer shipping outside the EU.


Shipping Rates

SPAIN: Free shipping on all orders.

EUROPEAN UNION: Flat shipping rate of €15 per order.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


Processing Times

For in-stock items, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.


Pre-Orders

Some pieces may be offered on a pre-order basis.

Estimated production and delivery times will always be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

For pre-order items, payment is collected in full at the time the order is placed.

Production and dispatch may take up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

If there is a significant delay, customers will be notified and may request a full refund if they prefer not to wait for the revised delivery date.


Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped once all items become available.

If you require separate shipments, please contact us before placing your order.

Additional shipping charges may apply.


Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, shipping carrier and seasonal demand.

89 STREET cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions or events beyond our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

89 STREET is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@89-street.com as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find the most appropriate solution.
